Happy Customers are very important to us! If you are not completely
satisfied with your order, you may return it for an exchange
or refund. Returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the
ship date from Snug Bug Bag. All products must be returned in
new condition with original packaging, copy of your sales receipt,
and copy of your packing slip included. Refunds will only be
issued to the credit card used for purchase. Shipping and handling
charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for the shipping
charges back to Snug Bug Bag. We recommend that you insure your
return and we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged
packages.
